    Order from here tonight got a message to say was ready for collection but they were only just making it when I went in. Was not happy as my kids were hungry. To top it off I ordered a brownie and got a cooking instead but still says brownie on the box. When I called up they were very rude and told me I had a browning then said don’t order brownie as the don’t have any then told me the next time to only order cookie not to order anything else. I hate it when a place I have been multiple time and never had bad experiences.Kids enjoyed the cookie.

    pappa John's are usually pretty good but not tonight!! I made an online order tonight and the payment failed twice (even though the money was in my account) shortly after I had ordered online the payment was taken out of my bank account but their wasnt any order confirmation via email. phoned them up and explained what had happened and they explained that they couldn't do anything and to phone/email customer services. I then decided to go down and explain what had happened and that on had proof of what I had ordered and proof of payment but they refused to make the order and said it was nothing to do with them. spoke to the manager and him if he could authorise the order upon receipt of proof of payment bit he said he couldn't authorise this - EVEN THOUGH HE WAS THE MANAGER!! I will certainly not be returning! isnt it funny how the majority of reviews are bad! So I will be writing a complaint in the morning!

    Order from literally any other takeaway in the town that does pizza and you'll be better off.This was so bad an not like the Papa Johns I've had at other locations.The pizza with spicy beef and sausage tasted like cleaning chemicals. None of it felt fresh. The potato tots were undercooked and inedible.No chance I'll eat from here again.

    Since the new management has taken over, this place has done a full . The food is hot, and correct. Delivered in a timely manner. And the atmosphere is very friendly when you walk in.Wheelchair accessibility: Very slight incline with a wide door, easy access for both wheelchair and crutches (if needed)
